Storyline - Past, Present and Future


The presentation will begin by looking back to the early development of Storyline describing the Jordanhill staff tutors’ response to the curriculum changes of the 60s and 70s and discussing the ways in which the Storyline topic material was developed in collaboration with experienced teachers.

A particular style of teaching was developed and this model proved to be an effective tool enabling the approach to travel around the world. Looking to the future questions arise as to how to continue the development of Storyline in the face of political pressure and curriculum change.
